TOWN OF COVENTRY CT
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Coventry CT Water Pollution Control Authority (CWPCA) is seeking qualifications for comprehensive consulting services to assist the Town of Coventry meet CT Environmental Policy Act requirements (CEPA) related to wastewater treatment plant upgrade alternatives.

Sealed Statements of Qualifications two (2) paper copies and one (1) electronic copy (PDF) must be submitted to the office of the Coventry Town Manager, 1712 Main Street, Coventry, CT 06238 before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday December 19, 2024. Qualifications will be reviewed by the CWPCA and a short list of qualified firms will be invited to present and interview with the Authority. We expect to select a firm in April 2025 and complete the CEPA process by June 2026.
