2025 Campus Infrastructure- Site Contract

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the site work required to mill, pave and restripe the parking Lot Y2 (base bid). The scope of work for Alternate 1 includes but is not limited to: removal and disposal of existing granite curb, new concrete sidewalk, and the installation of 3 curb ramps. Resorting the disturbed landscaped areas is also included in the scope of work.

Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
