Metro 2025 - 2030 Community Plumbing Services in Bronx and New York Counties

Contractor shall provide plumbing services for the OPWDD community residences in Bronx and New York Counties during and after business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The work would include repair service; 24 hours per day, 7 days per week emergency service; and other plumbing services, as needed, as further described in this Scope of Work. These services will be both call ins, as well as scheduled work. Scheduled service work would occur during normal working hours. Plumbing services shall be authorized by OPWDD’s Plant Superintendent or designee.

Included is the IFB for the upcoming 2025 – 2030 Metro Community Plumbing Services contract. Metro DDSOO is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Community Plumbing Services for OPWDD in Bronx and New York Counties in New York State. References, experience, applicable insurances, and DOL Registration (see note below) are required. Prevailing wage will apply. Contracts will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive contractors that provides the lowest cost.
