Description: Sealed bids for the Acquisition and Delivery of One (1) Model Year 2025 or Newer Front End Loader with Front Mounted 30-Foot Reversible Airport Snow Plow for the Oswego County Airport will be received by Oswego County Purchasing Department, 46 East Bridge Street, 3rd Floor, Oswego, NY 13126, until 2:00 pm, March 18, 2025, and there, at which time, they will publicly opened and read aloud. Electronic PDF copies of the equipment specifications may be obtained at no expense from the purchasing department starting on February 19, 2025 at 9:00 am. To initiate the process, please contact Karla Roberts at 315-326-6052 or email purchasing@oswegocounty.com , where the Organizations name, contacts name, address, telephone number, and email address will be recorded on the plan holders list. Once the required information is recorded, the contact will receive an email with the attached documents. The Bidder will be responsible for any and all printing costs of the specifications, and selection of a printing company, as deemed necessary in order to prepare their Bid. Questions concerning this project should be directed in writing to both the Oswego County Purchasing Department, email, purchasing@oswegocounty.com and Tyler Long, C&S Engineers, Inc., email: tlong@cscos.com . The deadline for questions is March 5, 2025 at 3:00 pm. Each bid must be made using the proposal forms provided in the equipment specifications. The proposal and all supplemental information requested shall be printed, completed and submitted and include a signed original bid and one copy in a sealed opaque envelope indicating the company’s name and bid title: “BID 25-AIR-001- ACQUISITION AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) MODEL YEAR 2025 OR NEWER FRONT-END LOADER WITH FRONT MOUNTED 30-FOOT REVERSIBLE AIRPORT SNOW PLOW”. Either mail or deliver bids in person to: Holly Carpenter, Director Oswego County Purchasing Department 46 East Bridge Street, 3rd Floor, Oswego NY 13126 The General Municipal Law of NYS requires that bidders certify that, under penalty of perjury, that bids have been prepared without collusion with other bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, and to reject any and all bids.
