Description

The Board is seeking a vendor to transition its Guidewire InsuranceSuite (v10) to the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) with minimal technical uplift and no disruption to existing digital operations. Key objectives include:

Upgrade & Migration: Minimal-effort upgrade of codebase and 5 TB of data to GWCP.
Digital Continuity: Maintain current portals and APIs without UI or functional changes.
Data Modernization: Retire DataHub/InfoCenter; implement direct feeds to the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Infrastructure Shift: Migrate to GWCP (AWS) and decommission externally hosted components.
Compliance: Meet all Guidewire Cloud Standards and pass Cloud Assurance gating.
Timeline: Target go-live by May 2027.
