Condenser Coil Replacement at East Middle School

The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 149, is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the replacement, installation, and disposal of an RTU-2 Condenser Coil at East Middle School.

A site visit for interested parties will be held on October 8, 2025 at 11am. Quotes are due on October 16, 2025 until 12:00 PM (noon) to Justin Zahn via email at

Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Payment bonds are required. The vendor shall include the cost of the bonds and permits in the bid. Quotes that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its quote is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that quotes are sent in advance of the due date and time.  Late quotes will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
