Description: The Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (“EFSEC”) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, EFSEC intends to award one (1) contract for one (1) Contractor to provide environmental consulting services on an on-call basis for the review and analysis of the potential environmental and other impacts of proposed plans for privately funded energy production facilities.
