Description:
Richland County is seeking to hire a Primary General Contractor to oversee the demolition of Commercial Structures in the Wood Court area. The Primary General Contractor will be responsible for hiring DHES licensed sub-contractors to perform the Project Design and Air Monitoring. The General Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that DHES (DHEC) guidelines are followed, and also ensure that the Scope of Service requirements are met. Submit bids electronically.
