Dorchester County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal of damaged tile, repair of the substrate, and application of a resurfacing system in the splashpad area at Ashley River Park. The County intends to use the high-performance polymeric epoxy/quartz resurfacing system, Belzona 4131/5811 system, or approved equal.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Ashley River Park splashpad area at 10:00 AM on October 14, 2025. Address is 200 Renken Road, Summerville, SC 29485.
