Synopsis:
|
|
Sealed Tenders will be received by the Rural Municipality of Kindersley No.290 until 12:00 P.M., Local Time Friday, March 14th, 2025 for 1.6 km of subgrade re-construction from the intersection of TWP Road 280, North on Range Road 3232, located in the Rural Municipality of Kindersley No. 290.
Approximate total quantities:
• 40,000 m3 Earth Excavation, Haul, Placement and Compaction
• 5,000 m3 Clay Cap
• 3,800 m3 of Topsoil Removal and Replacement along ROW
• 1.6 km Gravel Incorporation
• 75 m of 500 mm CSP Culvert Installation (Two Locations)
• 48 m of 1,100 mm CSP Culvert Installation
• 38 m of 1,800 mm CSP Culvert Installation
• 3.6 ha Seeding Ditch Side Slopes
• 370 m Biodegradable Silt wattles
• 2,725 m2 Biodegradable Erosion Control Blanket (SC150 or Equivalent)
• 950 m3 Sub Cut to Waste
Tenders will be opened in the office of the Rural Municipality of Kindersley No. 290 located in Kindersley SK, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. Local Time, Friday March 14th, 2025.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “10 % of the Tender amount”. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
