NOTICE is hereby given that the Phoenixville Borough Council seeks Sealed Proposals
for Tree Removal Services which will be received by the Borough of Phoenixville, 351
Bridge Street, Third Floor, Phoenixville, PA 19460 and opened at 11:00 AM, prevailing
time, on the 7th day of January, 2026 at which time and place they will be publicly
opened and read aloud:

Additionally, specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Manager’s office in the
Phoenixville Municipal Building located at 351 Bridge Street, 2nd Floor, Phoenixville PA
19460, or by calling (610) 933-8801.
For purposes of this document “Owner” is defined as the Borough of Phoenixville.
All bid proposals must be addressed to the Borough Manager, 351 Bridge Street, 2nd
Floor, Phoenixville, PA 19460 and deposited with the Borough in a sealed envelope
on or before the time and date specified above. All bids must be marked on the
outside “BID PROPOSAL FOR TREE REMOVAL SERVICES”.
Bids shall be effective for 60 calendar days from the date of opening. The Borough
Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a bid, and to waive any
informality in a bid as they deem for the best interest of the Borough of Phoenixville.
The Borough of Phoenixville is exempt from all Federal and State taxes.
