The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is requesting proposals for the development of a web-based training course (WBT) covering select portions of the SCDOT Geotechnical Design Manual. All WBT will be in a format consistent with guidelines developed by the National Highway Institute (NHI) and will meet all specifications in this solicitation.
