The City of Cocoa is soliciting for a contractor to perform complete demolition and replacement of the existing Carbon Dioxide CO2 System at the Dyal Water Treatment Plant. This project also includes demolition and removal of the existing Fluoride storage tank facilities.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference held for this project on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the City of Cocoa Dyal Water Treatment Plant located at 28400 SR 520, Christmas, Florida, 32709.
