SCOPE OVERVIEW
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to operate, maintain, and repair the electric generating plant (B518) at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE. The Contractor shall operate, maintain, install, refuel, and repair energized and de-energized facility and power distribution components for electric circuits, electric control systems, and associated equipment. The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and replace all electric generating plants, electrical systems, facilities, and spaces.
Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an estimated requirement scope. The actual scope of the requirement may increase or decrease prior to contract award.
SET-ASIDE
The government anticipates a 100% Total Small Business set-aside for this requirement. Information is requested from interested parties regarding their small business status and socio-economic categories to help determine the set-aside for the acquisition.
