Oakey Pickleball Court Renovation
The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the renovation of Oakey Pickleball Court, located between Oakey Field and the Salem Museum on East Main Street, Salem, VA, in accordance with Invitation to Bid (ITB) # 2025-017.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2024, in Council Chambers, located at City Hall, 114 North Broad Street, Salem, Virginia, 24153, to answer any questions from interested parties. There will also be a site visit after the pre-bid meeting.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the City of Salem Purchasing Department, located at 114 North Broad Street, Salem, Virginia 24153, on or before 3:00 p.m., on November 21, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened. Bid documents may be obtained by calling 540-375-3063 or emailing

The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding.
No bid may be withdrawn after opening except for clerical errors, as set forth in Section 2.2-4330 of the Virginia Code. Bidder must give the City a notice in writing of the request to withdraw a bid within two (2) business days after conclusion of opening.
