Requirements:
a. Suitable for indoor use
b. “Reach-in” freestanding unit
c. Internal workspace (volume within cabinet):
• Minimum: 75 cu. ft. (2,124 liters)
• Maximum: 85 cu. ft. (2,405 liters)
d. Minimum internal dimensions: 48” x 48” x 48”
e. Temperature range:
• Low: -30 °C (-22 °F) or lower
• High: 180 °C (356 °F) or higher
f. Humidity: 10% to 95% RH
g. Load capacity:
• Shelves: 75 pounds per shelf minimum
• Total: 450 pounds minimum
h. Include two (2) internal shelves
i. Utilize 480V power
j. UL 508A compliant control panel
k. Stainless steel interior liner
l. No exposed heating elements
m. Forced air convection
