Vendor shall provide maneuvering assistance vis tug boat in USCGC Reliance’s mooring at Base Portsmouth, VA.
- BACKGROUND
USCGC Reliance will be mooring up at USCG Base Portsmouth, VA 18 AUG 1100 EST. Upon arrival, USCGC Reliance will need assistance from a tug to moor up at the pier (Ref. A).

- Vendor shall provide services to assist USCGC Reliance via tug boat to moor to USCG Base Portsmouth Pier. For additional information or requirements, please coordinate with Cutter Point of Contact, ENS Matt Lubin, Matthew.F.Lubin@uscg.mil.
