The City of Jackson is receiving sealed bids for Chemicals for the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants via the City's e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson. Bidders propose to furnish all materials, equipment or tools required in accordance with the specifications and conditions contained herein in consideration of the sum or sums stated in the pricing proposal, agree that this document and its attachments will constitute the contract if accepted by the City. Prices are to remain in effect for one year and all freight or delivery charges must be included in the pricing proposal.
