Summary
General work description: The City is looking to replace a 5 ton split system at the Nature Lodge in Sunset Park.
Scope of Work:
- Disconnect and remove customer determined existing split system
- Flush refrigerant lines with R-11 flush and reuse

Install new 5 ton 18 Seer 2 Inverter Heat Pump and 2 Stage Air Handler equipment with
back up electric heat - Make duct work modifications and reconnect duct work
- Pressure test refrigerant system and pull vacuum
- Charge system and perform start up
- Legally dispose of all old equipment
