Project Description: The City requires a qualified equipment dealer and service provider to work in coordination with the Fleet Management Division to support the City’s fleet of vocational trucks.
Services required include repair, replacement, maintenance, diagnostics, warranty work, and other related technical support for heavy vocational truck bodies within GVWR Classes 5 through 8.
The Company will provide comprehensive service, maintenance, and repair for all vocational truck bodies and associated systems in the City’s fleet. This includes various vehicle types, makes, and model years, such as hot patch units, combination sewer trucks, catch basin cleaners, jetting trucks and trailers, truck-mounted service bodies, cranes, bucket trucks, and concrete mixers.
Service and repair facilities must be located within a 100-mile radius of 829 Louise Avenue, Charlotte, NC, 28204.
