Floral Street Streetscape Improvements

Project Description: The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for construction of sidewalk along Floral Street from west of Keith Street to Perry Street. Project includes tree removal, construction of new sidewalk, curb & gutter, minor drainage improvements, water service adjustments, partial roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, signing and pavement markings, and landscape installation.
These projects also include other items incidental to construction, such as: disposal of materials removed; maintenance of traffic, and restoration of disturbed areas as identified in the Contract Documents. A detailed listing of pay items and quantities to be completed for this project is provided on the Bid Summary Sheets in the Proposal.
The Contractor shall have the capability to perform and complete the services in all respects in accordance with the solicitation documents. The Contractor here by warrants that all services will be performed in a timely and first-class workmanlike manner.
