SW Licensing, Maintenance-Support Intergraph Corp., dba Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure

The State of Minnesota MNIT Services, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC), intends to enter into an agreement with Intergraph Corporation, dba Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure, for up to 36 months. The agreement will provide licensing, maintenance, and support related to i/Mobile Responder for Public Safety ComputerAided Dispatch software from Intergraph Corporation, dba Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure. The DOC will use this software to manage incidents and its responses to those incidents. Additionally, use of this software will increase interagency collaboration and communication between the DOC and other agencies that currently utilize the Mobile for Public Safety Computer-Aided Dispatch software.

Intergraph Corporation, dba Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure, retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates, patches, and support services. The required services are not sold through a third-party vendor
