Project Description: The Bernalillo County (“County”) Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department (“Purchasing”) on behalf of the Bernalillo Behavioral Health Authority Division is soliciting proposals from Offerors to fund eligible non-profit organizations using the $10 million Opioid Settlement funds, for shovel-ready capital projects and facility expansion or infrastructure improvements that enhance the capacity and sustainability of opioid related treatment, harm reduction, and recovery services addressing the opioid crisis.
