AGILENT 3070 TEST STATIONS ON-SITE SUPPORT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a small business set-aside.

The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services to provide on-site support for eight (8) Agilent 3070 Series I, II and III Test Stations as listed in Table 1: Tester List. On-site support services include unscheduled repair, calibration, and technical support of the Agilent 3070 testers located in buildings 640 and 645 at Robins AFB, GA. Technical support includes on-site and telephone service calls. The period of performance shall be for the duration of one year following contract award. Service support of the Agilent 3070 test stations is mission critical for supportability of the Line Replaceable Units (LRU) and

Shop Replaceable Units (SRU) to maintain serviceability of aerospace equipment. The contractor shall respond within 24 hours for unscheduled technical support and unscheduled maintenance service calls. A diagnostic or repair solution shall be provided within 24 hours via telephone. This requirement includes the base and four (4) option years.
