Description

The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to supply HVAC units at MSN ASR in Madison, WI.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified small business HVAC Contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below

General Statement of Work:





MSN ASR: Provide all materials and transportation for the replacement of 3 HVAC units and corresponding supplies/materials at the MSN ASR in Madison, WI. Also, the official solicitation may include services for ductwork, crane services and balancing in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation. The facility will complete the physical installation of the HVAC units. The current units in place are Carrier. However, this will be an "or equal" requirement.





1. Contract performance time is 180 calendar days after award

2. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside

3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220 – Plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning

4. The Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million

5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed project is between $50,000.00 and $150,000.00.

6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal.

The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available early April 2025. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by March 21, 2025.

Contractors must provide name of company, physical mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and business size status under NAICS 238220.
