Dear Prospective Respondents and Interested Parties,
The United States Government (USG), represented by the United States Agency for International Development’s Nigeria Mission (USAID/Nigeria), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research. We aim to learn about the capabilities and experience of local Nigerian Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who can provide specialized professional and technical services
across the development spectrum. USAID/Nigeria is particularly interested in the specific skills individuals possess within broader technical areas that will address significant technical needs and support various areas within the development sector.
Experienced and qualified individuals across the development spectrum who can provide high- quality consultant services for short-term and medium-term assignments should review and brespond to this RFI by the closing date of Oct 31, 2024, at 17:00- West African time. For purposes of this RFI, the term “short-term” shall be defined to cover time periods of from one day to 60 days. The term “medium-term” shall be defined to cover time periods of from 61 days to 160 days. Responses to this RFI are voluntary. USAID reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for its purposes without restriction or limitation. Proprietary information must not be submitted.
Please note USAID is not seeking technical or cost proposals. Do not submit any proposal at this time. This RFI is issued solely for market research and planning purposes. USAID posts its competitive business opportunities on https://sam.gov.
Issuance of this RFI neither obligates the USG to issue a solicitation or award a contract nor commits the USG to pay for any costs incurred or information resulting from this request.
