The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Mailroom Equipment Services for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, California.Â

All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than March 20, 2026, at 12AM PST (Pacific Time). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.Â

The SDVAMC is seeking a hardware and software solutions to improve mailing and reproduction operations, streamline and improve outgoing mail, letters, and communications to patient veterans. The reduction and cost recovery of any returned mail and patient communications originating from the VA San Diego Healthcare System.
