It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid to engage with a successful Bidder(s) for Kissimmee Utility Authority’s (KUA) Drainage Improvements project based on a fixed price, in accordance with the specifications. It is understood that there may be additions or deletions to the list specified herein during the life of this contract as dictated by KUA’s service protocols.
