NOTICE TO VENDORS CALLING FOR BIDS
New Toyota Sienna LE Minivans
Bid No. 25/26-020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chaffey Joint Union High School District (hereinafter
called DISTRICT) 211 W. Fifth Street, Ontario, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
91762 acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed bids for the award of New
Toyota Sienna LE Minivans, Bid No. 25/26-020.
All bids shall be made on form(s) furnished by the DISTRICT. Bids must be received in the office
of the Director of Purchasing and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on April
22, 2026. Bids must conform with and be responsive to the contract documents, copies of which
are on file and may be obtained from the office of the Director of Purchasing.
All requests for information and/or clarification regarding the Bid documents shall be submitted
via e-mail to Brianna Melendez, Buyer, at brianna.melendez@cjuhsd.net. Requests must be
submitted no later than Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST. Any request made after such
date shall not be responded to.
The Chaffey Joint Union High School District and its Board of Trustees reserve the right to accept
or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to be the sole judges of the merits and qualifications of
items offered, and to waive any informality in the bid.
