Base Telecommunication System

This RFQ is for Base Telecommunication Services at Dyess AFB. Work under this requirement shall support the mission of 7th Communications Squadron (7 CS) at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas by providing highly reliable wired telecommunications and networked voice, and data transport services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, transportation, and supervision required IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Government's anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is:

Base Year: 1 July 2025 30 June 2026

Option Year One: 1 July 2026 30 June 2027

Option Year Two: 1 July 2027 30 June 2028

Option Year Three: 1 July 2028 30 June 2029

Option Year Four: 1 July 2029 30 June 2030

Please refer to RFQ and solicitation attachments for more detailed information and instructions for quote submission. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of any amendment and provide confirmation upon submission of the offeror's quote.

***Amendment #2: Set date for optional site visit - 22 May 25, 2:00 PM (CST). Interested contractors should verify their availability for a site visit with anthony.parra.2@us.af.mil. Attendees must RSVP with the same contact. If the offeror does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided.***

***Amendment #3: State questions and answers generated after site visit and all questions submitted by interested vendors. Any discrepancies/errors noted in the solicitation have been corrected by replacing Attachment 4 and Attachment 5.***

***Amendment #4: Corrected discrepancies/provided clarifications regarding Attachment 4 Pricing Table as noted below:

• Contractors are directed to leave hidden rows/items blank.


• Applicable lines have install quantities, starting at line 760. Please do not populate any other lines with install quantities.


• Pricing Table - (TAB - TABLE-1 Items) - Columns J and K have been unhidden to allow for adequate calculations.


• Pricing Table Base Year amounts extend to all option years. It is set to automatically populate prices to equal base year, but that can be changed at the contractors discretion.


• Pricing Table six month extension rows - the grand total block for the six month extension for all tabs have been adjusted to reflect it is half a year (divided by 2). ***
