ACRE IT Contingency Staffing Services

The Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder-Elections (ACRE) Department relies on its IT unit to support the business divisions in terms of day-to-day operations of the existing systems as well as to execute multiple projects to support the growing business needs.

To support the department's growing business needs ACRE requires IT technical staff augmentation for specific projects that come up during our budgeting cycles. ACRE is requesting vendors to submit their rate cards for the identified positions in the attached Table 1. Furthermore, ACRE is requesting the vendors to provide confirmation that they accept SMC standard contract template with no changes. The rate table that they submit should be for a 3-year time period. The vendors must perform the contractor background checks for contractors selected by ACRE. ACRE plans to submit IT positions to the vendors that have been pre-approved by this RFP.

Multiple technical projects are currently in either development or maintenance and support mode at ACRE. The Assessor Property Assessment System is built on the Salesforce PaaS platform, while the Clerk-Recorder system utilizes Microsoft .NET technology. ACRE GIS system utilizes Esri technology platform and tools. IT continuously optimizes performance and reporting using Tableau and other advanced AI/ML tools. ACRE analyzes large data set using SQL, SOQL, Power BI and data analytical tools.
