Bollinger Shipyard Lockport, L.L.C. was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of the Technical Data Package (TDP) and Associated Rights for the ILSV design. The total contract value for this procurement is considered confidential/business sensitive information and, therefore, cannot be disclosed.
The statutory authority for this sole source award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”
