C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Valley View School District, will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for the Valley View School District. The addition is an attached single-story addition that is fully sprinklered, includes a storm shelter, and houses the necessary functional Agri. Shop expansion, relocated Choir classrooms, and office spaces desired for the facility by the District, located in Jonesboro, AR.
Bids will be received until 4 pm CST, May 20th, 2025, and should be addressed or delivered to alairy@crcrawford.com . There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.

Construction Documents and the CRCC Construction Management Manual (which includes Trade Package descriptions, Bid Forms and Instructions to Bidders) can be obtained by emailing Antoine Lairy, alairy@crcrawford.com .
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Valley View School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
A pre-bid conference will be held on May 5th, 2025 at 3:00pm CST at the Valley View High School (2116 Yarbrough Drive, Jonesboro, AR 72404). We will meet on the east side of the facility. Jobsite visits will be scheduled during this conference. The pre-bid conference is not a mandatory requirement to submit a bid on the project.
