This is a Presolicitation Notice Only.
No contract shall be awarded from this Presolicitation Notice. The anticipated requirement is for Brand Name or equal two (2) ManoScan™ ESO Z Catheters with a one-year extended warranty (high-resolution esophageal catheter) for Carl. R. Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood, Texas 76544. This requirement will be procured as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 339112 and size standard 1,000 employees. The anticipated delivery date is 30 September 2025. This acquisition will be procured under the authority of FAR Part 19.502-2. The Government is anticipating a Firm-Fixed Price contract. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 18 August 2025. All contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/
