Description
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on the behalf of Kennesaw State University (¿KSU¿) is seeking the services of highly qualified Architectural and/or Engineering firms (¿Consultant¿) to plan, design and administer one or more projects as noted below under Section II - Category of Work.
More than one Architectural and/or Engineering or consultant firm may be selected for a one-year term, with the possibility of a two-year renewal, to be a provider under an IDIQ contract. The Consultant(s) selected under this procurement will work through the KSU Department of Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) to provide planning or design services, including estimating, scheduling and construction administration. The Consultant(s) may be required to develop and deliver contract documents for one or more of the following delivery methods: Task Order, CM at Risk, Design Bid Build, Letter Bid, and Direct Award.
