IDIQ for Employee Awards, Decorations, Plaques, Badges and Patches

Amendment 002- The questions that were submitted are hereby answered via amendment 0002 (attached)

Amendment 0001- language was added: The company is required to be located within a 20 mile radius of DLA Distribution Susquehanna and have an active SAM registration. See Attachment 2 - Statement of Work.

This solicitation is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 8455 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990 (Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing) with a size standard of up to 600 employees.

Minimum and Maximum Quantities: As referred to in paragraph (b) of the clause at FAR 52.216-22 entitle “Indefinite Quantity”, the minimum value of supplies $13,939.38 (for the entire contract). The maximum value of the supplies is $174,241.25.
