The intent of this solicitation is to secure a contract to provide Crack Sealing Compound and Asphalt Cold Patch Materials for the City of Irving Traffic & Transportation Department – Streets Division. The city requires firm pricing for goods and services, for a specific term, which are ordered on an “as-needed” basis throughout the year.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
