- I1_1. 1. Secure and post all Building Codes/Permits, if applicable, prior to start of any work 2. Remove existing corrugated metal roofing panels and dispose off-site 3. Inspect and replace any damaged/rotten plywood sheathing material, plank boards, rafters, and purlins 4. Install High-Temp Ice and Water Shield underlayment at eaves, rakes, sidewalks and valleys. 5. Install Titanium Roof Underlayment or Equivalent 6. Install 29 gauge *Grey* Kynar Finish, Tuff Ribb Metal Roofing Panels 7. Install new drip edge 8. Install new pipe flashing around plumbing pipe boots 9. Replace all flashing material with new flashing material and rake trim 10. Install all flashings and counter flashing and trims where required per manufacturer’s specifications 11. All roofing materials will be installed per manufacturer’s specifications 12. Provide and Install (1) each 3 inch x 4 inch corrugated downspout to existing gutter 13. All Gutters will be cleaned and tightened 14. Police area to ensure all nails and debris are removed from property 15. Remove all crating and debris from job site and dispose of properly 16. Provide details of material used such as branding and manufacturer 17. Provide 30-year manufacturer’s finish warranty with 2-year contractor warranty 18. Provide copy of Class A Contractor License 19. Provide current Certificate of Insurance 10 business days from notification of award listing the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Corrections, 6900 Atmore Drive, Richmond, VA 23225 as Certificate Holder pursuant to Insurance Requirement Amounts as listed in Section S of General Terms & Conditions 21. Clean up frequently, so the work site presents a neat, orderly, and workmanlike appearance at all times. If a Contractor fails to clean up at the completion of the work, the Contract Administrator may do so and charge the costs to the Contractor. The Contractor shall dispose of all refuse, rubbish, scrap materials and debris caused by their operations.
