Request for Proposals for On-Call Solar Panel Maintenance and Repair Services

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for solar panel maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on an as-needed basis. Work will include providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary for the completion of the work.
City utilizes Euna Procurement for its eProcurement solution. Register or sign in to access the solicitation documents, be added to the distribution list for this solicitation’s automatic notices, and to submit a proposal electronically.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through Euna Procurement. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday, October 30, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposal who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence in their services. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
