The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for IFB 26-32 for MARKET STREET PARKING GARAGE RESTORATION - 2025 .

Project Description:
This project includes structural, waterproofing, and miscellaneous repairs to the existing Market Street Parking Garage; a cast-in-place concrete parking facility. Repairs include: cleaning and painting limited steel; bollard installation and repairs; signage updates; striping updates; re-striping of the stalls and other markings; cleaning portions of the brick facade; and installation of limited chain link fencing.

Background

Concrete parking garages require periodic maintenance to ensure ongoing structural integrity and safety for users. This project is part of that work which occurs every 5-10 years on the City's Market Street Parking Garage.
