Description: Hudson Valley Community College is seeking bids for a painting contractor. The bid is for an initial period of September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026. At the discretion of the college, the college may extend for an additional two years of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027 and September 1, 2027 through August 31, 2028. Vendor should provide pricing for all three years. The paining contractor will provide work at HVCC’s main campus at 80 Vandenburgh Ave, Troy NY 12180 as well as the Education Opportunity Center (EOC) located at 431 River Street, Troy NY 12180.
