201122 Replace Domestic Water Heater - Ranger School

The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 201122, titled Domestic Water Heater Replacement – Ranger School and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents.

Project scope includes:

-Demolition: Remove and dispose of existing domestic water heater located in the Ranger School basement.

-Provide and install a replacement domestic water heater, as specified in the construction drawings and specifications.

-Provide and install all plumbing and electrical needed for replacement domestic water heater unit to appropriately connect to existing building plumbing system.
