Description: The New York State Housing Finance Agency, State of New York Mortgage Agency and the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (collectively, the "Agencies") hereby issues the attached Request for Proposal ("RFP") seeking qualified competitive proposals from value-added resellers ("VARs" or "Proposers") of ImageSilo's Electronic Content Management Systems. Proposers shall be authorized resellers of the ImageSilo / Digitech Systems LLC and shall meet or exceed the Proposer Mandatory Minimum Qualifications in the RFP. The Agencies currently manage a vast repository of records in the ImageSilo system, including 4.1 terabytes (TB) of digital documents. In accordance with the Agencies’ Procurement Contract and Guidelines ("Guidelines"), the need for this open competitive RFP for the continuity of the ImageSilo system for a 5-year term is required to ensure compliance with the Guidelines and New York State Archives regulations.
