Western NY 2025-2030 Pest Control Services in Erie, Genesee, Niagara, and Orleans Counties

OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Western NY DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Pest Control Services at multiple sites in Erie, Genesee, Niagara, and Orleans Counties. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to Pest Control Inspections and Treatment.

References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The contractor or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 3 years of relevant experience. The contractor will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Pest Control Services. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive contractors(s) that provide the lowest Total Estimated Annual Combined Cost per Cluster. Prevailing wage will apply.
