Instructional Design for Engineering Program Mastery

Project Description: Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) invites qualified and responsible Suppliers with expertise in Instructional Design (ID) to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal. LCRA reserves the right to make multiple awards resulting in five-year contract(s). This solution will serve as a comprehensive program for identifying, designing, developing, and assessing participation in a professional and technical engineering training program across LCRA Transmission Engineering groups. Outside of the engineering training program, there is potential need for identifying, designing, developing, and assessing learning activities for various departments within Transmission Services.
