SaskEnergy recently selected the ServiceNow platform as the replacement for our existing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solution, Cherwell. We are seeking a strategic partner to provide professional services to implement the ServiceNow platform and specific modules prior to the existing ITSM application’s end of life as well as provide comprehensive ongoing post-implementation services including but not limited to maintenance and support, subject matter expertise, enhancements and facilitating the enablement of new ServiceNow features.
