Project Background:

Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General

Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install new architectural

woodwork and plastic laminate countertops for the Boulder County Community Hub located at

2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301. Contractors can choose to bid on all, or selected items as

Addendum

In order to afford the Bidders a reasonable time for taking into account a material amendment

(the materiality of which Boulder County in its own discretion may determine) or for any other

reason, Boulder County may, at its own discretion, extend the Close Date.
