Tree Removals, Stump Grinding, Brush Disposal, and Site Restoration

The City of Ypsilanti is looking for tree removal, stump grinding, brush disposal, and site restoration, of 17 trees identified by the City Department of Public Works (“DPW”) that are all within 10 feet of overhead utility lines. Bidders must therefore be utility line-clearance certified to work around overhead utility lines. The City is also interested in emergency tree maintenance (pruning and tree removal) of trees identified by DPW that are all within 10 feet of overhead utility lines. One unbound paper copy with the pricing page flagged and one electronic copy (e.g. USB flash drive) of the proposal must be delivered in an opaque sealed envelope. The envelope must be properly labeled (including FedEx and UPS labels) as follows:
