This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13.106-1(b).
The proposed award is for purcashing parts and maintence for a NOVO Radiographic Imaging Kit.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 811210
his Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOls), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOls, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice.
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient to determine that a comparable source to the government is available.
A determination by the government has been made to not compete this proposed contract based upon any responses to this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements.

responsibility of the contractor.
An award shall be made to NOVO DR INC.
