************************AMENDMENT 00001, Questions and Answers********************

The purpose of this amendment is to include the questions and answers below:

Question 1: Is our proposal supposed to include the price for three camp sessions, or only one?

Answer: The proposal should include the price for three camp sessions occurring between the Period of Performance. Each camp session pricing stands alone and is to include all costs.

Question 2: Can you please confirm the date you are expecting to hold these/this camp? Since it is multiple years, are you expecting more than 1 camp per year? How soon will we know the dates, as we need to plan for camp space.

Answer: We prefer the second week of July but are open to late July/early August. We are only doing one camp a year. The expectation for an award is sometime in June 2025.

Question 3: Is there any incumbent/recompete or is this a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past.

Answer: There is no incumbent

This amendment does not extend the proposal due date nor the time. Proposals are due 28 May 2025 by 8am CST. Proposals are to be emailed to MacKenzie Boyd, mackenzie.a.boyd.civ@army.mil and Ryan Moehle, ryan.moehle@us.af.mil.
